The Sarum Club Training evening in August had every one rushing around at speed, trying to ensure they punched the correct control whilst not having any control numbers to back up their choice! The skills involved accuracy at speed – great fun on a lovely summers evening!
September hosts the final Training evening in the series as all gets too dark after that, until March next year. This Training event will be held in Victoria Park and is all about trees! We will be based in the northern area of the park, using the Car park off the A345, on the left hand side, leaving Salisbury. Take care as the entrance is narrow.
Come & join in on this last Tuesday evening! Come and try Orienteering if you haven’t done this before and meet the Club! If you have orienteered before – come & learn new skills and practice old ones – compare notes with other like minded people! It’s a social event too so come & have a drink and often a meal with us, afterwards!
Just come along to the venue as shown on the Flyer & find our tent – we suggest you wear shoes to walk/ run around in plus bring a drink to refresh yourself during the sessions.
