What is the photo trail?
Using a specially produced map of the centre of Salisbury containing 39 photos of interesting/historical places in Salisbury, the trail begins. At given points on the map – marked by a red circle – you stop and look around and find which of the photos can be seen from the point that you are standing.
An excellent activity for families or groups, this is a fun and different way of exploring Salisbury. By the end of the trail you should have found where all the photos belong. Even those who think they know Salisbury well may be surprised by what they find!
How to get your photo trail map?
Copies of the ‘Salisbury Photo Trail Map’ are available for £1.50 from the Salisbury Tourist Information Centre, Fish Row, Salisbury, SP1 1EJ. You will also be given the password which will unlock the answers.
