SARUM-Jnr Trg Harnham-16Oct17 The Junior Club reached the half term break with its sixth session, back at Harnham Slope. This week the youngsters had another opportunity to race in the amazing humps and bumps in the small area just of Old Blandford Road. The course started with a heart pounding run up the stairway before curling around the top of the slope and back through all the complex contours. For the more experienced there was an additional challenge of having to consider route choices on a map of a totally different area whilst running the Slope.

For the first time in six sessions a control vandal was at work but fortunately some diligent searching by one Sarum helper located and recovered the control, kite and post.  An obvious case for gripples.

Shane was at hand again to take his usual great pictures, a selection of which is below.

The Club Starts up again on Monday October 30th at the Hub Club (Salisbury and S. Wilts Sports Club) Skew Bridge, Wilton Road. Full details of the next set of sessions will be posted here. Links to repots and galleries from previous sessions are also accessable here.
