Getting the measure of training

The second evening training session held at the Hub Club in Salisbury enabled club members to brush up on their pace counting – with a few surprises for many.  There were also options to run  line courses and locate the barely visible control sites.  A good time was had by all, including a random ginger…

Sarum Saunter Start

The start at the Sarum Saunter on Sidbury Hill Tidworth. Over 340 runners competed in the event which incorporated the SCOA Championships.  Apart from Army vehicle movements, trail bikers, gun fire and two dead EMIT bricks, all seemed to go smoothly.  Thanks to all the cheerful competitors for making it all seem worthwhile.
